In conjunction with the NC Blueberry Festival
the Cape Fear Cyclists present the
Tour de Blueberry
This is a non-competitive bicycling event and all routes are on country roads with light traffic.
For casual family fun – Route choices of 9, 13 and 21 miles escorted by Cape Fear Cyclists – water stop and SAG vehicle support
For the experienced – Choice of one 32 mile (50K) loop or two separate 32 mile (100K) loops from the park (with staffed rest stop at the park between loops and SAG vehicle support)
DATE: Saturday, June 21, 2014
Check-in 7:00 to 8:00 AM; Start at 8:30AM
PLACE: Pender Memorial Park, South Smith Street, Burgaw, NC
All routes start and end at the Park with free parking, restrooms, and pre- and post ride refreshments.

PRE-REGISTRATION: Online at no additional cost at PreRace.com until 10:00PM on June 18th
Cost: $20, $10 thirteen and under – T-shirts included in registration
REGISTRATION: On day of event from 7:00 to 8:00 AM at Park
Cost: $25, $10 thirteen and under – T-shirts included while supplies last
REQUIREMENTS: Helmets are required. All riders must sign a waiver. Riders under 18 must have parent co-sign waiver, and riders under 14 must be accompanied on ride by parent. All riders must ensure that bike is in good mechanical condition. Riders should carry water, tube and tools to repair a flat. All riders must obey the rules of the road – remember, we are sharing these roads with motorists.
